Not So Fast: Get to the vegetable garden… at just the right time!

In Not So Fast, you secretly support a color and try to guide its hare and tortoise to the vegetable garden at just the right moment. Here, rushing isn’t enough: spots are limited, and each space is worth different points depending on which animal occupies it. Ride on your opponents’ coattails, take advantage of the chaos, and keep your color well hidden to snag the best vegetables!

How to play Not So Fast?

On your turn, reveal a movement card: it indicates which token you can move, based on its animal or color. Move it one space forward on the track. Tokens can be stacked: if you move a token located at the bottom of a stack, all the tokens on top of it move with it and then spread out—even if that means helping your rivals! As they cross the finish line, the tokens occupy the scoring spaces in the vegetable garden in order, with each space awarding different points for a hare or a tortoise. Only the first 7 tokens to arrive score points. Once all 7 spaces are filled, reveal your secret team card and add up the points for your hare and your tortoise. The highest total wins; in the event of a tie, the victory goes to the player whose token entered the vegetable garden first.
