Points is Playin's loyalty reward program! How does it work? How can you earn more Points? We tell you all about it...
The principle of our program is simple:
1 € spent = 1 Point *
This offer is valid for purchases made on the Playin website or in a Playin store.
You can then go to your fidelity area to exchange your points for vouchers!
Redemptions are based on the following scale:
150 Points = 5.00€ voucher
250 Points = 10.00€ voucher
1,200 Points = 50.00€ voucher
Vouchers created with Points are valid for 3 months.
* with some exceptions, see "exclusions".
Your Points become valid after a certain period of time, depending on the type of order:
Directly in store: Points are available immediately.
Event registration: Points are available within 3 days of the event.
Store pick-up order: Points are available once the order has been picked up. Valid for orders placed on the website, with store pick-up.
By delivery: Points are available 16 days after your order has been dispatched.
Points are valid for 1 year. Keep track of your Points and their validity in your fidelity area.
Shipping and handling fees are not included in the calculation of Points.
Some products may be excluded from the loyalty program. Exclusions are indicated on product pages.
Discounted products (sales, pre-orders) earn 50% fewer Points.
Vouchers and gift vouchers do not earn Points.
Orders that benefit from a discount code (content creator, associations, etc.) do not earn Points.
Products subject to the Lang law (books) do not earn loyalty points.
Throughout the year, you can earn extra Points:
Via promotional codes given to you by our partners (Val&PL, joueurs du Dimanche, Bestmarmotte, ...)
Through contests organized on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.
By leaving product reviews:
=> 1st review with comment earns 10 Points.
=> Each subsequent review without a comment earns 1 Point and with a validated review earns 3 Points.
=> Points earned are limited to a total of 150 Points for products not purchased from Playin and 100 Points per month for products purchased from Playin.
If you cancel an order or wish to receive a refund for a product, the Points awarded for the order or product in question will be withdrawn from your account.
Please note: we will be obliged to refuse a refund if you have already used the Points associated with the order to obtain vouchers.
