You've just completed an online sale and all that's left to do is send us your cards. This guide details our best packaging practices to ensure that your cards reach us without damage or loss of value!
The visuals used in this guide are based on Magic cards, but are equally applicable to other collectible cards.
We strongly advise you to remove the sleeves from your cards. If your cards are well packaged, the sleeves won't protect them any more effectively.
What's more, it saves buyers time when processing your sale.
Choose the most suitable packaging according to the number of cards to be sent:
1 to 10 cards: 110 x 220 mm envelope, normal or tracked
1 to 10 high-value cards: top loader and tracked or registered mail
10 to 100 cards: 220 x 225mm padded bubble pouch
100 cards and more: custom-sized cardboard box
Don't forget to insure your shipment for its full value. If it gets lost, we won't be able to reimburse you.
Make sure you have removed all your card sleeves and sorted them in the order indicated on the sales certificate.
For a small number of cards, you can put 5 cards in each Dragon Shield or similar pocket.
Then wrap the cards in A4 paper. Then wrap the resulting pack in the certificate of sale.
Finally, slip everything into a 110 x 220mm paper envelope.
You don't need any tape to do this - adding it could hinder unpacking and even damage your cards.

Wrap the cards in A4 paper.
Fold the certificate of sale vertically 2 times, then wrap the deck of cards previously obtained in the certificate.
Finally, slip everything into a 220 x 225mm bubble-padded envelope.
These envelopes cannot hold a pack of more than 50 cards, so you can separate your cards into 2 packs to remedy this.
You don't need any tape to prepare the envelopes; adding tape could hinder unpacking and even damage your cards.
Make sure you have removed all the card sleeves and sorted them in the order indicated on the certificate of sale.
Wrap the cards in A4 paper.
Once you've obtained this pack, obtain a suitably sized cardboard box. Secure your cards with crumpled paper, so that the contents don't move around inside the box.
Apart from the parcel itself, you don't need any tape for this preparation - adding it could hinder unpacking and even damage your cards.
A card is considered to be of high value when its selling price is over 50.00€. This procedure applies if your sale contains fewer than 10 cards, some of which are of high value.
To protect these cards as much as possible, you can put them in a toploader, taking care to place the opening of the pocket at the bottom of the toploader.
Once the card is in the toploader, apply a post-it note or piece of paper to the toploader opening with a piece of scotch tape.
Then wrap the toploader in A4 paper. Then wrap the resulting package in the sales certificate.
Finally, slip the package into a paper envelope for 1 to 5 cards, or into a padded bubble pouch for more than 5 cards.
A toploader can hold a maximum of 2 pocketed cards, beyond which the cards may be damaged.
Apart from sealing the opening of the top loader, this preparation does not require the use of scotch tape. Adding scotch tape could hinder the unpacking of your shipment and potentially damage the cards.
With these methods, your cards should reach us in the best possible conditions, making them easier to process. Thank you in advance!
