In application of the law known as the ‘Darcos Law’ of October 2023, the minimum delivery charge that we can apply is €3 for any order under €35 and containing at least one product subject to 5.5% VAT and to the law on the single price of books.
Recorded/recommended delivery is not available for orders containing more than 120 individual cards, regardless of the value.

Selling individual cards is a sector with an enormous number of products. In 2024, we send out more than 4,000 cards a day and have several million cards in stock.
All these sales, all these entries and all these shipments undeniably create errors. As soon as we notice any errors in an order, we contact you by email to suggest similar versions of the card you ordered.
Our letters and parcels are always tracked.
We ship via FedeX, La Poste et 2Shop (pickup point delivery).
For Fedex 9 a.m. orders, you can have your order delivered the next day before 9 a.m. if you place your order before the following times:
9:30 a.m. for orders containing individual cards
1 p.m. for orders not containing single cards
