A “standard” order is an order that does not include a pre-order. In this case, the standard delivery time for receiving your order, after we receive your payment, is:
3 business days in mainland France
10 days for Europe
21 days for French overseas departments and territories and other countries worldwide
The vast majority of our orders are shipped within one business day. In exceptional circumstances, our processing times may be extended by one or two days.

Selling individual cards is a sector with an enormous number of products. In 2024, we send out more than 4,000 cards a day and have several million cards in stock.
All these sales, all these entries and all these shipments undeniably create errors. As soon as we notice any errors in an order, we contact you by email to suggest similar versions of the card you ordered.
Our letters and parcels are always tracked.
We ship via pickup point delivery, 2 Shop, Colissimo, Chronopost, and La Poste's tracked letter service.
For Chronopost. orders, you can have your order delivered the next day before 1 p.m. if you place your order before the following times:
9:30 a.m. for orders containing individual cards
1 p.m. for orders not containing single cards
