The e-mail address you provide is the only link we have between your order and your contact details. We therefore ask you not to divulge to a third party the information necessary and sufficient to use your Magic Bazar account on your behalf. This information is personal and will never be requested by a member of the Magic Bazar team. We will therefore not accept order disputes on the grounds of usurpation.
2.1: Playin by Magic Bazar undertakes never to divulge to third parties any confidential information that you communicate to us. This information will be used by our internal services in order to process your orders but also in order to effectively reinforce by personalising our communication on our offers proposed to Playin by Magic Bazar customers.
2.2 : Consequently, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any personal data concerning you. To do this, simply send us a request by post, specifying your surname, first name, address and email used on Playin by Magic Bazar at the following address:

3.1 : The prices of our products are indicated in Euros € including all taxes, but excluding processing and shipping costs.
3.2 : All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros €.
3.3 : SARL Magic Bazar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered and payment is received within 7 working days from the date your order is registered.
3.4 : Cards and other products remain our property until the invoice has been paid in full.
Playin allows each customer to choose the language, edition and status they want for their card order. We currently offer cards in the following conditions:
Languages available: English, French, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and German
Suggested states: Mint/Nmint, nmint-, excellent, fine, played, poor
Other card description: we also tell you whether the card is foil (glossy), felted or signed.
5.1 : Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site.
5.2: If a product is out of stock, we will refund you in full for the missing products.
5.3: Playin reserves the right to modify one or more orders by limiting the number of copies:
3 copies of any one card from the Yu-Gi-Oh! and Flesh and Blood games
20 copies of the same new product
1 or 2 copies of the same new product in certain exceptional circumstances, for example for collector's items available in small quantities.
5.4 : Despite all our stock management efforts, it may happen in rare cases that the edition, language or state ordered for a card is no longer available.
If this is the case for a card sold for €10 or less, we will replace it with the closest possible card to your request, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.
For cards sold for more than €10, you will be contacted to arrange a replacement or refund. To ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible, we will refund the card and dispatch the rest of your order if we do not receive a response from you 48 hours after we have sent you our replacement/refund proposal.
6.1 : Products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated when ordering your products.
6.2 : The maximum delivery time for an order is 10 days after your payment has been sent. For pre-orders, the maximum delivery time will be the same, but will be calculated from the official release date of the product, which is indicated on the product ordered and recalled during the ordering process.
6.3 : In the event of a delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail.
6.4 : For shop collection orders, you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. You then have one month to collect your order. After this time, we will cancel your order and you will receive a full refund.
Shipping and handling costs depend on the delivery method you have chosen, your delivery address and the number of products you have ordered. You can find all the information you need in our article on delivery and shipping costs.
8.1: The contractual information is presented in the French language and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery.
8.2: Playin reserves the right to cancel an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.
8.3:Unless otherwise stated, offers and coupons cannot be combined and are valid only once per account during the offer period.

9.1: Playin offers you several means of payment. You can therefore choose to pay for your order by :

Payment in 3 or 4 instalments, via the Alma platform
(this payment method is only available to French customers, for orders between €50 and €4,000. Payment in several instalments will incur surcharges: payment in 3 instalments will incur a surcharge of between 1.60% and 1.75% of the order total; payment in 4 instalments will incur a surcharge of between 2.50% and 2.75% of the order total).

9.2 : For products currently on pre-order or awaiting restocking, we require payment at the time the order is placed.
10.1: This article only applies to orders for delivery or collection in shop after placing an order on the Playin website.
10.2: Within 14 clear days of delivery of your order, you have the right to return, exchange or reimburse, without penalty, any products that do not suit you.
10.3: A discount will be applied to the refund if the product is returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer.
10.4: Refunds will be made within 14 days of the customer informing us of their decision to withdraw.
This period may be extended until Playin receives the product.
10.5: Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the Customer when placing the order.
10.6: Playin does not cover the cost of returning products.
10.7: Pre-registration for tournaments organised by Playin is non-refundable.
10.8: Playin reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of products that are subject to law no. 81-766 relating to book prices.

11.1: Playin undertakes to deliver goods in conformity with the contract. Defects in conformity which appear within 24 months of delivery of the goods are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. For second-hand products and cards, this period is 6 months. Playin may rebut this presumption if it is not compatible with the nature of the goods or the alleged lack of conformity.
11.2: Playin undertakes to deliver goods free from hidden defects, as defined in Article 1641 of the French Civil Code.
12.1: In order to reward its customers, Playin offers a loyalty programme enabling customers to obtain rewards in the form of vouchers.
12.2: By creating a free Playin account with no obligation to purchase, the Customer automatically joins the loyalty programme.
12.3: Playin reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the loyalty programme, and any associated benefits, at any time without notice. This may include, but is not limited to:

In the event of a change, the updated conditions will be communicated via our usual channels (website, e-mail, etc.).
13.1: Playin offers its customers the opportunity to give feedback on the products on play-in.com.
These reviews take the form of a rating from 1 to 5 and a possible written comment.
Customer reviews relate to all of the products available on play-in.com, with the exception of single cards.
13.2: Only customers who have already made at least one purchase from their Playin account may leave reviews.
Customers may leave reviews on all products, whether or not they have purchased them.
13.3: Several measures are in place to ensure that reviews are relevant and useful to the Playin community:
Comments accompanying a customer review must be at least 25 characters long.
Each comment is subject to moderation and will be validated by Playin before publication.
Playin reserves the right to refuse irrelevant, offensive or discriminatory comments.
13.4: Leaving a customer review earns Loyalty Points:
The first review with a comment left by a customer earns 10 Points.
Thereafter, each review without a comment earns 1 Point and each review with a validated comment earns 3 Points.
The Points earned are limited to a total of 150 Points for products not purchased from Playin, and 100 Points per month for products purchased from Playin.
13.5: By leaving a review of a product, you agree that Playin may use it in its communications, for example to promote a game.
13.6: You have the right to rectify and withdraw your reviews. To modify or delete a review, you can send an email to [email protected] for specific requests.
During our events, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional and communication purposes. By taking part in these events, participants expressly consent to being filmed or photographed and authorise Playin to use, publish and distribute the images in any medium (website, social networks, brochures, etc.), for any length of time and for exclusively non-commercial purposes.
However, if a participant does not wish to appear on these media, he or she may inform the organisation before or during the event by emailing [email protected]. In this case, we undertake to respect their wishes and not to use images representing them.
Playin undertakes not to transfer these images to third parties without the prior consent of the participants concerned, except for the direct needs of promoting its activities.

SAS Playin by Magic Bazar may not be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communication, flood or fire.
This contract is governed by French law.
The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement with our services, you may access a consumer mediation scheme through our mediator, CNPM Médiation Consommation.

When you click on the ‘Pay my order’ button in the order process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by SAS Playin by Magic Bazar constitutes proof of all transactions between Playin and its customers.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of the financial transactions.
