Play as Amarok, the Inuit wolf spirit, and venture deep into the forest in your quest to reach the sacred imprint.

Amarok is a competitive deduction and bluffing game for 3 to 6 players, where every round pushes you to take risks to build the best pair of cards. Instinct matters as much as reasoning, with simple and elegant mechanics supported by special cards that can turn the game around.

How to play Amarok?

At the beginning of each round, you start with two cards in hand. On your turn, you play one card in front of you: it can come from your hand, from another player’s hand, from the face-up cards in the center of the table, or from the top of the deck. Your goal is to end the round with the highest-value pair of cards. To shake things up, some cards have special effects: Season Shift cards reverse the winning condition (the lowest pair now wins), Claws force an opponent to discard a card, and Hearts grant an instant win if you gather both Lovers. But beware of Traps, which make you lose immediately!

Each time you win a round, you must start the next one with one of your cards turned face-up: opponents will see it, but you won’t. The first player to win three rounds claims victory.
