Tommy Muldoon is a police officer and firearms expert. Based on the Guardian class, he can stockpile ammunition and even discard a weapon to pick up another and keep firing. He has abilities that allow him to keep his enemies at bay and never goes anywhere without his rifle, Becky, a Marlin Model 1894. Be careful, however, of his weaknesses: “Hothead” (which inflicts damage on him if he fails a test) and “Free Spirit,” which causes you to discard your weapons.
