a_way: Pilot, strategize, and race to victory!

Welcome to the Quazarys galaxy, the setting for the most legendary spaceship race. Do you have what it takes to be the most cunning pilot in the universe?

a_way is a strategic puzzle game in the form of a space race. Your goal: to reach your base, which happens to be an opponent’s starting point. On an ever-changing cosmic circuit, find the best sequence of cards, pull off clever combos, and throw a wrench in your rivals’ plans. Here, skillful navigation counts just as much as speed!

How to play a_way?

The circuit consists of solar paths dotted with stations, directional arrows, and space phenomena. On your turn, combine movement and cards to advance from station to station, following one-way routes and mandatory checkpoints. Drawn from a shared deck, the cards let you modify the board, teleport through vortexes, or hinder your rivals. Play them individually or in combos from the same faction, and enjoy an extra move each turn to accelerate at the right moment. The game ends as soon as a player reaches the opposing base (or the base opposite their own in a 3- or 4-player game).
