In this cooperative trick-taking game, you relive the events of The Two Towers. At the start of each game, a passage from The Lord of the Rings sets the tone, and players are dealt Terrain cards while distributing the game’s Character cards among themselves. Each turn, the active player plays a Terrain card, and the others must follow suit (Hills, Mountains, Forests, Shadows, or Rings) if they can. The player who plays the highest-value card in the required suit wins the trick and leads the next one. Each Character card has an objective that the player holding it must fulfill. The game ends in victory when every character has completed their objective, or in defeat when one of them can no longer complete theirs. With each chapter, new rules appear, new characters join the story, and your journey through Tolkien’s world unfolds! Will you make it to the end of The Two Towers’ adventure?
