The Emperor's Children paint is designed specifically to be applied directly on a Base color (or on another Layer), you won't need to mix it. You can just work with successive layers of Layer paints to obtain a rich and natural finition that will make your figurines the most impressive ones on the battlefield.
This Emperor's Children is a non toxic water based acrylic paint, designed to be used just as well on plastic, metallic or resin figurines.
