Jobbo: Find the right job for the right mission!

Your Boss has a secret mission to assign you, but he’s not allowed to say a word! Can you figure out what he’s getting at?

Jobbo is a cooperative party game of deduction and brainstorming. In each round, one person takes on the role of the Boss and tries to get their team to guess a secret mission—without ever speaking. Their only means of communication: Job cards. Which profile should you choose to complete an absurd mission? Discuss, interpret their choices, and get inside your Boss’s head to find the right answer!

How do you play Jobbo?

At the start of the round, the Boss learns the secret mission that the team must identify from among several possibilities. In silence, the Boss ranks the Job cards from most effective to least effective for completing this mission. The rest of the team analyzes this ranking, discusses it, and gradually eliminates missions until only one remains. Be careful: the clues are open to interpretation, and misunderstandings are common! At the end of the round, the Right-Hand Man makes the final decision. If the correct mission is still on the table, the whole team wins. Otherwise, everyone loses.
