La Part du Lion

La Part du Lion: Rig the Old King's Inheritance!

The old king is dying, and his colossal fortune is whetting everyone's appetite. Can you use his last will and testament to your advantage?

In La Part du Lion, you scheme at court to secure the largest share of the inheritance. Around the royal bed, seven heirs are at each other’s throats. Win their loyalty, shake up the order of succession, and secretly forge the will. A card game where cunning, bluffing, and planning make all the difference!

How to play La Part du Lion?

On your turn, draw two cards. Keep one for its influence effect on the heirs. Use the other however you choose: to scheme, applying its effect immediately, or to plot, slipping it into the will to forge it. The game continues this way until the draw pile is exhausted… unless the king breathes his last before then! Once the first round of drawing is over, he can indeed pass away at any moment. Upon his death, the will is revealed, the coins are distributed according to the order of succession, and each heir’s loyalty is verified. The player who has amassed the most coins wins!
