Haati: Win the duel… or lose it to reign even better

Haati is a dueling card game that immerses you in the lavish courts of the Maharajas. The shrewdest strategists face off using three sacred animals: the Elephant, the Tiger, and the Mouse. The twist? Losing a duel can be just as rewarding as winning it. The winner places their animal in the Palace and gains Prestige, while the loser sends it to the Jungle, where it influences both sides’ collections and determines which card their opponent will draw. With only two Animal cards in hand, read your opponent’s play and anticipate their moves: every clash becomes a duel of deduction.

How to play Haati?

On each turn, you secretly choose one of your Animal cards and reveal it at the same time as your opponent. The Elephant beats the Tiger, the Tiger beats the Mouse, and the Mouse beats the Elephant. If the animals are the same, the higher value wins. Depending on the outcome of the duel, your animal goes to the Palace or the Jungle—two areas with radically different effects. Over the course of the rounds, build your animal collections and recruit Character cards with unique powers. Scoring is based on two resources: Favors, which grant immediate Prestige but disappear between rounds, and Honor, which is much harder to obtain but carries over from one round to the next. Win two rounds to take the victory!
