Little Secret: Infiltrate the Secret Society

Little Secret is a game of association and deduction with secret identities. Players take on the roles of members and impostors within a secret society. It’s for 4 to 8 players, ages 10 and up, with games lasting 20 minutes.

Complete Your Missions from Paris to Tokyo

Choose one of the missions, all of which are tied to a city. Prepare the correct number of cards for the players, shuffle, deal them out, and then look at your own card: On the front, you’ll see a color and a list of 10 numbered themes. The Disciples all share the same color and the same themes, while the Infiltrators have a different color and themes that are similar to but distinct from those of the Disciples. The Journalist is the only one who knows their role, but has no themes on their card!

Each player says a word related to the theme on their card and tries to guess who is part of their group: there are far fewer Infiltrators than Disciples, but the Journalist can sow doubt! Once everyone has said a word, count to three and point to a player you think is in a different group than yours. The player with the most votes is eliminated from the round. If that player was the Journalist, they can try to guess the Disciples’ word to earn 3 points. Otherwise, they discreetly check their role and announce which team they were on.

A new round begins with a different number of players and the same roles, until all the Intruders or all the Disciples have been eliminated. Survivors score 1 point if they were Disciples, 2 if they were Intruders, and 3 if they were the Journalist. A new mission is then started, and new roles are assigned to each player. Reach 5 points to win!
