Presque un Quiz: Give the Almost-Right Answer!

Presque un Quiz is a trivia game where you guess the almost-right answer! Each answer is based on a real title, name, or event, with at least one letter or syllable changed. It’s up to you to figure out the almost-right answer using the clues provided! For example:

• Between two holes, I’m a fighter pilot in Top Gun. Tom Cruise? Almost! Tom Creuse? Yes!
• I’m (almost) a reality TV show where contestants must survive on an island by eating cornmeal. Koh Lanta? Almost! Polenta? Yes!

How to play Presque un Quiz?

Form two teams. Appoint a game master whose role will be to read the questions and award points. The game master draws 10 cards at random from the box.

The game master takes the first card and reads it aloud. As soon as a team gives the correct answer (even if the game master hasn’t finished reading!), they win the card and the points indicated on it (1 to 3 points). The game ends after ten cards, and the team with the most points wins.
