Dominion – L'Intrigue Expansion: 300 Cards for Dominion – Second Edition

This expansion requires the Dominion – Seconde Edition base game.

L'Intrigue is an expansion for the medieval deck-building game Dominion Second Edition. It adds 300 new cards, including Victory cards whose effects apply before the end of the game, cards that interact with Victory cards, and also underlings offering you several options from which you must choose. In this Second Edition of Intrigue, 6 cards from the first edition have been replaced and 1 brand-new card has been added. This expansion also allows you to play with 5 or 6 players.

How to play Dominion

In Dominion, everyone starts with the same initial deck made up of Treasures (the game’s currency) and Estates (victory points). A central Market displays the cards available for purchase. On your turn, you follow three simple phases: you play one Action card, then you buy cards using your Treasures, and finally you discard your hand before drawing a new one. The cards you gain enrich your deck and allow you either to influence the game or to increase your total victory points. The game ends when the Province pile or any three piles in the Market are depleted: the player with the highest score wins.
