Patchwork: the art of quilting

In Patchwork, players must carefully sew their own quilt to gather more buttons than their rival. Each piece is chosen from a shared supply. You’ll need to adapt your strategy to your opponent’s: will you stitch quickly to get ahead, or take your time to create the most button-filled masterpiece?

Patchwork: ready to get stitching?

At the start of your turn, you may spend buttons to buy one of the three available pieces. Each piece has a time marker that moves your token forward that many spaces on the Time Track. You can place the piece anywhere on your personal board, as long as it doesn’t overlap previously placed tiles. As long as your Time token is behind your opponent’s, you get another turn.

Instead of buying, you can Pass: in this case, you gain one button from the bank and move your Time token just ahead of your opponent’s.

Once both players reach the center of the Time Track, the game ends and everyone tallies their score.
