How to play Kinfire Chronicles: Night’s Fall

Each game is divided into three main phases: Adventure, Combat, and Exploration.

During the Adventure Phase, you journey across the lands of Atios through story-driven quest cards. Every choice — crossing a river, saving a stranger, or chasing a suspect — depends on the combination of cards you play from your personal deck.
In the Combat Phase, you battle enemies on a tactical map. Turns are determined by the Bag of Destiny, where token draws dictate enemy actions. Play action cards to deal damage or encouragement cards to protect allies, influence fate, or alter the turn order.
Finally, during the Exploration Phase, certain quests let you return to the city: interact with NPCs, upgrade your deck, or purchase new equipment before heading back into the wild. Every decision affects the unfolding of the campaign and future outcomes.
