Once the Weatherlight finished, Urza works on an eugenics program in order to create perfect beings to form the crew of the ship and in order to create an army of supersoldiers to fight the Phyrexians. Meanwhile, the Phyrexians are creating the plane of Rath in order to gather their troups before the invasion.
