The Dark

Centruies after the war between Urza and Mishra and the disaster caused by the Golgotian Sylex, Dominaria is suffering. Indeed, emanations of the Sylex caused disasters on the Plane’s ecosystem and broke its Mana bonds. The Terisiare continent is the most suffering one. The kingdom is suffering from constant assaults from the gobelins and different kind of monsters attracted by the powerful magic emanations. Those rude changes caused politic troubles inside the Terisiare court and opened the way to a fanatic inquisition to rule the kingdom. They started a huge witch hunt which caused the death by fire to almost all the wizards, witches and artificers of the kingdom. The great wizard Ith had to reveal his maze secrets during that witch hunt. Meanwhile, the inquisition convokes Tivadar, Lord of the Order of Thorn knights to start a crusade against the monsters and gobelins invading the kingdom. But, meanwhile, a dense magical dust screen melted with the amosphere of Dominaria and acts as protective barrier which decreases drasticly the planet’s temperature. That loss of temperature is going to cause, little by little, the beginning of the great Ice Age of Dominaria.
